本书为交通部发布的规范——公路斜拉桥设计细则(JTG/TD65-1—2007)本细则根据交通部“关于下达2001年度公路工程标准制修订工作计划的通知”(厅公路字[2002]36号)的要求,对《公路斜拉桥设计规范》(试行)(JTJ 027—96)进行修订而成。?
在修订过程中,编写组吸取了国内有关单位的研究成果和实际工程经验,借鉴了国外先进的规范、标准、设计方法,总结了施工经验,同时开展了有关设计参数的统计与研究。采取多种方式,广泛征求有关单位和个人的意见,反复讨论、修改后,由交通部审查定稿。?
本细则共分9章,与老规范相比有如下重大改进:在相关基础规范的基础上突出了斜拉桥的特点,编制对象以独塔斜拉桥和双塔斜拉桥为主,同时明确了本细则的适用范围;根据斜拉桥的设计实践经验,补充了斜拉桥总体设计有关要求,引入了合理成桥状态和合理施工状态的设计理念;进一步明确整体结构和局部结构的分析,同时补充细化了斜拉桥的设计计算内容及规定;通过对国内外已建成斜拉桥的工程实例有关参数的统计分析,提出了各类材料斜拉桥的适用跨径范围,充实了斜拉桥各组成部分的构造要求和钢绞线斜拉索的有关规定;结合当前斜拉桥建设与发展趋势,及时收入了有关梁、塔上钢锚箱锚固的构造要求,特别补充了钢锚箱和钢索塔的内容。此外,本细则还增加了斜拉桥施工控制与可养护检修设计的规定,提出了相关的基本要求、计算分析内容和工作流程。?
