郭剑彪市长一行到我部施工现场视察

    2004年11月3日，舟山市市长郭剑彪一行，在大陆连岛工程指挥部常务副总指挥邱建英、四川路桥西堠门大桥项目副总工龙勇等人的陪同下，视察了我部锚碇和北塔施工现场。 在前往北塔施工现场老虎山的交通船上，市长兴致盎然地远眺老虎山全貌。到了老虎山， 邱指挥长介绍了西堠门大桥建设总体情况，并向郭市长介绍了四川路桥吃苦耐劳、科学严谨的施工作风。随后项目总工龙勇同志介绍了北塔施工工艺和目前桩基开挖的情况。

     郭市长一面聆听汇报了解施工情况，一面关切地询问施工人员的生活条件，并对施工人员拼搏奉献的精神给予了肯定和赞扬。 当看到在如此困难的施工条件和艰苦的生活条件下，大家团结协作，工地现场热火朝天的景象时， 郭市长说到：“大家辛苦了，感谢你们为舟山人民所做的一切!”。随后郭市长提出两点要求：一定要克服条件差的困难，尽量为作业人员在老虎山营造一个较好的施工环境和生活环境；在施工过程中一定要注意安全，安全工作不能放松。项目总工龙勇同志代表四川路桥西堠门大桥项目经理部感谢舟山市政府、指挥部对项目部的关心和支持，并表示一定发扬四川路桥铁军作风，战胜一切困难，科学、优质、安全地建好大桥，铸造精品工程，向舟山市民交上一份满意的答卷。
